We are so excited to announce that we will be partnering with the Ronald McDonald House Charities this Christmas season to collect donations. There will be a collection box set up at each of our shops and the donations will go to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Augusta, Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Columbia, and Ronald McDonald House Charleston. If you are not familiar with the Ronald McDonald House charities, they provide vital services and compassionate care to sick children and their families. During Covid and Christmas, donations are greatly needed and sincerely appreciated. If you would like to learn more about RMHC, please visit . 

There is a special box set up at each of our fourteen locations throughout South Carolina and Augusta, GA (to find your nearest location, please visit .The houses  are requesting donations of cleaning supplies, nonperishable foods, office supplies, holiday gifts and gift cards. The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your portion of the repairs to your vehicle is to endorse your insurance claim check and submit it to the shop. Of course, cash and checks are always welcome. Credit cards may also be used. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. For more information, please see our Payment Policy.

If your deductible is not waived, it will be your responsibility to pay us when you pick up your vehicle. If you aren’t sure about your deductible, you can call your agent and he can tell you whether your insurance company has waived your deductible or whether it will be your responsibility.

Claim numbers are issued by your insurance company at the time you report your accident. Just jot it down and bring it in with you when you come in to begin the repair process, we will do the rest.

You will be notified by phone when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. You can also check this website. You will see a message next to the last picture of your vehicle telling you that your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Feel free to call or e-mail your advisor during the repair process if you have questions or concerns.
