Below is the vehicle repair process we follow from start to finish:

  1. Categorize what type of work is needed and schedule for repair.
  2. Arrival for repairs: We will verify, with you, the damage to be fixed and go over all other pertinent information.
  3. Repair Planning: Your vehicle is disassembled and a complete and accurate plan is made on how to fix your vehicle.  Parts are ordered, and then we will call and discuss the repairs as well as give you a guaranteed completion date.
  4. Update Call:  Once all parts have been received and matched, we will call you with an update.
  5. Body repair:  We fix from the inside out, so making sure the structure is properly aligned is key to the exterior fit and finish. Damaged panels are either replaced or repaired during this stage. A team leader ensures quality control before moving to the next stage.
  6. Paint: A primer and sealer is applied for corrosion protection.  Then, a base coat and two coats of clear.  The paint is then baked at 160 degrees for 26 minutes to allow it to harden, and quality control checks every inch before moving to the next stage.
  7. Build:  Final parts (i.e. trim and molding) are put back on the vehicle.  Functions are checked, then the interior and exterior of the vehicle is cleaned before another inspection.
  8. Final Check:  Your adviser will do a final inspection and process the remaining paperwork
  9. Completion call
  10. Final delivery:  We will go over the repairs with you and help process the rental car return

The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your portion of the repairs to your vehicle is to endorse your insurance claim check and submit it to the shop. Of course, cash and checks are always welcome. Credit cards may also be used. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. For more information, please see our Payment Policy.

If your deductible is not waived, it will be your responsibility to pay us when you pick up your vehicle. If you aren’t sure about your deductible, you can call your agent and he can tell you whether your insurance company has waived your deductible or whether it will be your responsibility.

Claim numbers are issued by your insurance company at the time you report your accident. Just jot it down and bring it in with you when you come in to begin the repair process, we will do the rest.

You will be notified by phone when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. You can also check this website. You will see a message next to the last picture of your vehicle telling you that your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Feel free to call or e-mail your advisor during the repair process if you have questions or concerns.
